Key of the Lost Art

Once a child becomes of age, they’re finally able to study the magic arts and work for the civilization in jobs some can only dream to be. The plot follows a young girl, Zola, eager to learn the magic arts and work towards her future job, and always tries to sneak her way into getting glimpses of the magic arts every chance she gets, which tends to get her into mischief. While out playing one day, she discovers ancient ruins that were previously closed off but are now accessible and meets an ancient, Ez, being that claims they can teach her the old magic arts, ones that have been lost to the civilization for centuries.

Ez explains the history of the lands, bringing to light how the city came to obtain the magic arts from the ancient beings that roamed, and the exodus and exiles they made when their want for power and expansion grew too much. It needs help getting its physical form back so they can locate and free the remaining of their kind, and issue justice on the city. Zola must decide whether or not she’ll side with the ancient being and put a stop to the city, now that they know the truth, as they know that the city is still taking advantage of other magical creatures for their powers.
