About Marissa
Marissa, also known as Ris, is an illustrator and designer based in her hometown Richmond, VA. Since graduating from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2021, she manages her own small business, Moss Ink Studio. Her art highlights the nuances that she appreciates about the natural world and hopes to inspire inspire others to notice and appreciate these small wonders as well.

Outside the studio, you can find Ris gaming or watching anime, enjoying a peaceful day in nature, or playing with her two black cats, Cicero and Cersei.
She has worked on a variety of projects, including book design illustrations, event materials, and gaming assets.
